CBH Electrical undertakes all kinds of domestic, commercial and industrial electrical work. We feel its beneficial to keep a summary of some of our recently completed jobs to help highlight the standard we work to. In addition to that, we feel it allows our prospective clients a better understanding of who we are and why we love to do what we do.
New Build Care Home
Rotherham
We completed all electrical work start to finish for this newbuild care home in Rotherham. From external lighting to data and consumer units, we worked closely with the developer to ensure we executed everything to the specifications of the plans. Not only that but on newbuild jobs such as these we like to cultivate a great working relationship with other trades. We find this allows for a smoother running of the job and mitigates crossed wires down the line due to lack of communication between trades. This turned out to be a great job and a beautiful home for people in their later life to retire into.
Kitchen Refurbishment
Rayleigh
This stunning modern kitchen refurbishment in Rayleigh was a pleasure to be a part of. It’s a perfect example of how small details can make all the difference to the level a kitchen can be taken too. LED undercounter lighting and plinth lights help to frame the cabinetry and accentuate the worktops, contrasted with beautiful rose gold pendant lights above the island make for a classy finish. A project we were proud to be a part of.
Full Rewire and New Kitchen
Colchester
This property in Colchester underwent a full overhaul by the owners. CBH Electrical's roll in the refurbishment of this property consisted of fully rewiring the house including all new sockets, light fixtures and smoke alarms. Alongside this we also did all the wiring in the new kitchen they installed including the extractor fan, electric hob, oven and the rest of the lights and outlets. This job turned our perfectly and is a great example of our ‘bread and butter’ work.
Air Conditioning Installation
South Woodham Ferrers
We installed two air-conditioning units, neatly out of sight, on the flat roof of this property in South Woodham Ferrers. This was in conjunction with a full rewire for the customer. These two units provide aircon to the full property as specified and requires minimal making-good work post installation. Doing this at the same time as a rewire is always a great option. Taking advantage of having everything stripped back and gives the best opportunities to plan and accommodate with outlets and cable runs.
